Financial Services Specialist Recruiters
ParaplannerLocation: Cardiff
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits*Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexible start between 8am–9am)
*Holiday Allowance: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year after three years’ service (up to 5 additional days)
*Pension: 4% employer contribution

The RoleYou will be supporting the Principal Adviser and two additional advisers, alongside the administration team. This is a varied and high-quality paraplanning role that requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting in-depth product and investment research
*Drafting clear and accurate suitability reports
*Producing outline financial plans
*Carrying out cashflow modelling
*Supporting annual client reviews
*Completing pre- and post-sale compliance checks
*Liaising closely with advisers and administrators to ensure a seamless client experience
Candidate Requirements*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
*Demonstrable experience in a paraplanning role, including report writing and financial planning analysis
*Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) and FE Analytics is highly desirable
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
