Special Resource Base Teaching Assistant - Cardiff
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional and complex needs? We are currently recruiting for a Special Resource Base Teaching Assistant to work across a range of mainstream primary schools with SRB provisions in Cardiff.
You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping children with diverse learning needs to access education in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible work.
We partner with a variety of schools throughout Cardiff that are seeking dedicated and adaptable staff. You can choose from full-time, part-time, or day-to-day roles, with opportunities starting at different points throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support pupils with additional learning needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
*Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
*Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
*Adapt to a range of classroom settings and pupil needs
Requirements:
*Experience supporting children with additional and complex needs in any setting
*Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
*Enhanced DBS certificate
