Electrical Manager (Building Services)

Salary: £50,000-£53,000 + Car Allowance & Mileage

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Manager who knows how to run projects and win them.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of estimating, tendering, and delivering electrical projects across both commercial and domestic sectors—while building and leading a high-performing team.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Pricing work and winning projects by producing accurate, competitive tenders
*Managing projects from award through to completion
*Leading electricians, subcontractors, and apprentices
*Monitoring programme, cost, and quality performance
*Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 standards
*Acting as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS): certification, auditing, and mentoring
*Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors


What You’ll Bring
*Experience in a senior electrical role (Manager, Supervisor, Estimator or similar)
*Strong knowledge of 18th Edition (BS 7671)
*Experience in managing either project or maintenance teams
*Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
*Confident acting as, or previously holding, NICEIC QS status


Qualifications
*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition
*City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection & Testing
