Fusion People are looking for a motivated and people-focused Delivery Consultant to join our Bristol office. Working closely with the Lead Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates within the infrastructure sector, with a strong emphasis on the railway industry.


What you’ll be doing
*Proactively calling, screening, and registering applicants
*Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the process
*Writing and posting job adverts
*Monitoring timesheets and ensuring accurate weekly submissions
*Liaising with candidates regarding training and compliance requirements
*Providing general administrative support to keep everything running smoothly


What we’re looking for
*Previous experience in a similar delivery, resourcing, or recruitment support role
*Proven experience in sourcing and identifying candidates across multiple channels
*A resourceful and adaptable approach
*Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
*Confident telephone manner and solid written communication
*A friendly, proactive style that helps build great relationships
