This company are an innovative clean energy business pioneering the production and supply of on-farm biomethane and CNG solutions. By connecting producers and end users, they enable businesses to decarbonise operations, reduce emissions, and adopt sustainable fuel alternatives. With a strong commercial pipeline and advanced technology, they are driving the transition to a low-carbon future and reshaping the UK’s renewable energy market.


This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the full customer journey, ensuring exceptional service delivery from contract signing through installation, commissioning, and long-term support. You will play a key role in bridging customers, engineering teams, operations, and commercial delivery ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.


This role would suit someone with strong customer experience, account management, or service delivery experience within a technical or engineering-led environment, who thrives in a fast-paced business and enjoys building strong customer relationships.


The Role:
*Own and improve the full customer journey from contract signing through installation, commissioning, and long-term support
*Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, proactive communication throughout each project
*Coordinate technical site visits and work closely with engineering and operations teams to align customer requirements
*Track project delivery progress, ensuring smooth handovers between commercial, engineering, and installation teams
*Support the resolution of technical and operational issues, ensuring timely escalation and closure where needed


The Person:
*Proven experience in customer experience, account management, or service delivery within a technical environment
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for customers
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally to customer sites
