Defendant Credit Hire Litigator – Liverpool
Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious (Defendant) Credit Hire specialist to join a progressive team at what is an exciting time in their development. The role will be based out of its central Liverpool office and from home for the majority of the week!
Due to its continuing success and the further expansion of this very well regarded Defendant Credit Hire department it is seeking a capable Credit Hire Litigator (Solicitor/Legal Exec/Fee Earner) to join a forward thinking and progressive Credit Hire team acting on an array of Defendant matters.
Your new role will see you handle a Defendant Credit Hire caseload of litigated matters with complete autonomy from instruction through to completion. This role allows for you to deal with more complex matters and you are required to have previous experience dealing with litigated claims, (Claimant experience in litigation will be given equal consideration).
The existing Credit Hire team deals with technically challenging Defendant Credit Hire matters and the department as a whole has had real success over recent months. There are longer term opportunities for you to develop your role and progress into team leading and supervisory positions within the firm.
The reward for this exciting Defendant position is a competitive salary (guideline of circa £40k) which will be commensurate with previous experience and technical expertise. You will also be rewarded with a bonus scheme and full, extensive company benefits.
