Reward Specialist
Bournemouth (Hybrid 2–3 days office, flexibility available)
£35,000 – £40,000
Contract: Permanent
The Role
A data-driven Reward role with exposure to payroll, supporting pay, benefits, and pension processes across the business.
You’ll take ownership of reward analytics and reporting while acting as a key support to payroll, including pension data and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
*Support annual pay reviews, benchmarking, and reward modelling
*Manage pension reconciliation, submissions, and reporting
*Maintain benefits data and assess utilisation and ROI
*Prepare P11D data and support transition to payrolled benefits
*Produce pay, pension, and reward analytics reports
*Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and compliant
*Handle reward and pay-related queries
*Support audits and ensure compliance with HMRC and legislation
*Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes
*Provide backup support to payroll when required
The Ideal Candidate
*2+ years’ experience in Reward (payroll exposure beneficial)
*Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, formulas)
*Experience with pensions, benefits, and reward reporting
*Good understanding of payroll and HMRC compliance
*Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights
*Proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
