Job Description:
Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £30-40,000 DOE

Daily Duties
*Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
*Develop and coordinate models primarily using Revit
*Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and project teams
*Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation submissions
*Ensure compliance with current building regulations and standards
*Contribute to design development with a focus on technical delivery
*Attend project meetings and liaise with stakeholders as required
Ideal Candidate
*Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field and at least several years industry experience
*Strong technical detailing ability, or a willingness to develop these skills
*Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, as it is the primary software used
*Working knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
*Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, transport, civic, or community projects is advantageous but not essential
*Open to candidates at varying levels, including more junior applicants with the right attitude and eagerness to learn
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Proactive, motivated, and adaptable in a challenging market environment
