About the Opportunity
We are looking to welcome a new team member to support our growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a supportive, office-based team in Ilkeston.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Supporting payroll processes
*Assisting with general accounting duties
*Working with CIS where applicable
Key Requirements
*3–5 years’ experience in bookkeeping
*Strong working knowledge of Xero, Sage, and Excel
*Good understanding of payroll and general accounting principles
*CIS knowledge/experience is highly desirable
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Location
This is a fully office-based role in Ilkeston. Candidates should ideally live within a 5-mile radius.
Salary
£26,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
