We are working on behalf of one of our clients who is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary part-time basis.
You will be supporting the wider team with finance related duties as well as administrative tasks.
What’s on Offer:
*£12.71 - £13 per hour
*Up to 25 hours a week

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Managing accounts and preparing financial records
*Providing administrative support to an organization’s accounts department
*Updating ledgers, filing financial records and important documentation, and resolving errors in financial records
*Maintain and reconcile supplier and subcontractor accounts, including regular statement reconciliation
*Maintain supplier and subcontractor records.
*General Admin duties
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Finance Admin position
*Experience working with accounting softwares (e.g. Sage)
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
