The role in focus
As an Insolvency and Restructuring Senior Manager, you’ll manage a varied portfolio across both corporate insolvency and JIB work. There’s a genuine opportunity to play a key role in developing the JIB stream, giving you exposure to scalable, volume-driven work alongside more complex advisory-led engagements.
What you’ll be doing
*Managing restructuring and insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
*Overseeing a blend of corporate insolvency and JIB assignments, ensuring efficient delivery
*Advising clients, lenders, and stakeholders on recovery strategies and formal processes
*Supporting the development and growth of the JIB offering within the wider RIP team
*Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and stakeholders
*Reviewing reports, financial analysis, and key case documentation
*Contributing to business development across both corporate and JIB work within the accountancy market
What we’re looking for
*ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
*Strong experience across restructuring and insolvency, ideally spanning both corporate and JIB work
*Confidence managing cases end-to-end with direct client exposure
*Commercial mindset with an interest in growing a service line
*Someone who enjoys developing people and being part of a collaborative team
