*Maintaining showroom presentation, merchandising, and stock levels in line with brand standards
*Managing customer appointments and bookings efficiently
*Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively
*Overseeing POS processes, promotions, and accurate cash handling
*Ensuring excellent housekeeping standards across the showroom and back-of-house areas
