Description
· Assist with case management and legal research for disputes and litigation matters.
· Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
· Assist with document review and disclosure exercises.
· Coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders where necessary.
· Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Translate legal documents from Russian to English and vice versa.
· Conduct due diligence and fact-checking for ongoing cases.
· Provide administrative assistance to the legal team when required.
Profile
A successful Disputes Paralegal should have:
*Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
*Strong academic background in law or a related discipline.
*Proven experience in handling legal disputes or a similar role.
