Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) - Salford
Start Date: ASAP
We are a specialist education recruitment agency currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-resourced special needs school in Salford. This is a full-time position supporting primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs.

The Role:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
*Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
*Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
*Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and parents
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Experience working with children with special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or complex needs)
*A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
*Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification) are desirable but not essential
