*Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
*Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
