Are you currently working in Conveyancing or Estate Agency and still passionate about the property sector, but looking for a fresh change of direction?
We’re partnering with a modern, ambitious independent law firm in the heart of the City of London. As part of their exciting growth, they’re now looking for two Conveyancing Telesales Executives to join their brand-new team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something from the ground up, working closely with leadership and playing a key role in converting new business.
As a Conveyancing Telesales Executive, you will be offered:
*Up to £37,000 basic salary (DOE)
*Realistic OTE up to £55,000
*Monday to Friday (no weekends)
*1-day WFH after 6 months
*Private healthcare
*25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

As a Conveyancing Telesales Executive, your duties will be:
*Handling inbound conveyancing enquiries
*Speaking with clients and introducing services
*Providing accurate quotations
*Liaising with estate agents and property partners
*Converting enquiries into instructions
*Delivering a high-quality client experience from first contact
To be considered for the Conveyancing Telesales Executive, you must have:
*Background in conveyancing, estate agency, or property sales
*Strong telephone manner and communication skills
*High attention to detail
*Understanding of the conveyancing process
*Target-driven with a commercial mindset
*Experience in B2C or B2B sales
*Confident building relationships with clients and partners
