A well established stockbroker wish to recruit within custody reconciliations, this will be a remote role within some travel required every couple of weeks.
Main Duties
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across all accounts, business units, systems, and platforms
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of reconciliation processes
Liaise with internal teams to clear breaks and improve data integrity
Support core operational processes including trade processing, settlements, corporate actions and reporting
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational outputs
Collaborate with front office, finance, and technology teams
Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation
Identify, assess, and escalate operational and financial risks
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
Experience Required
5 years plus experience of manual reconciliations from a bank or brokerage
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
Understanding of risk management and control frameworks Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
