Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
*Provide comprehensive secretarial support throughout the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion.
*Draft and prepare legal documentation, correspondence, and forms with precision and accuracy.
*Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
*Maintain and update case management systems while ensuring exceptional client care at all times.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in conveyancing or legal work (essential).
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
