This opportunity sits within a progressive and people focused organisation and offers a key role in shaping learning, leadership, and talent initiatives.
The Opportunity
This position will take ownership of the organisation’s learning and development agenda, ensuring programmes are aligned with business goals and future workforce needs. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help drive capability, strengthen leadership, and support long-term talent planning.
In addition, you will have oversight of recruitment activity, guiding talent attraction strategies and supporting employer branding through the management of a direct report.
Key Responsibilities
*Shape and implement the organisation’s learning and development approach
*Drive leadership capability and support succession planning activity
*Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify development priorities
*Create and deliver effective and engaging learning solutions
*Oversee L&D spend and evaluate programme effectiveness
*Support talent attraction, development, and retention initiatives
About You
*Demonstrable experience within a strategic L&D role
*Strong understanding of leadership development and workforce planning
*Exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition activity
*Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
*Analytical mindset with the ability to assess impact and outcomes
