Job Title: Paid Ads & Funnel Performance Marketer
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do:
*Run and Optimise Paid Campaigns: Manage campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google to drive lead generation for webinars and events.
*Working with large budgets
*Performance Monitoring: Keep a daily eye on performance and adjust budgets accordingly to maximise ROI
*Creative Testing: Experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to discover what resonates best
*Funnel Improvement: Boost conversion rates by enhancing the entire funnel, from clicks to registrations to event attendance
*Lead Magnet Development: Create and test engaging lead magnets that attract potential customers
*Data Analysis: Dive into performance data, report insights clearly, and make recommendations for improvement
*Campaign Scaling: Identify winning campaigns and strategise to scale them effectively
*Collaboration: Work closely with copy and design teams to enhance overall results
Key Metrics You’ll Own:
*Cost per Lead (CPL)
*Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
*Click-Through Rate (CTR)
*Cost per Click (CPC)
*Landing Page Conversion Rate
*Overall Funnel Conversion Performance
You’re Right for This If You:
*Have hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta and YouTube (Google Ads)
*Feel confident managing substantial ad budgets

Experience Required:
*Proven experience with Meta and YouTube/Google Ads, specifically focused on lead generation

*Experience with landing pages and copywriting is a bonus!
