Client Services Administrator | Finchley, London | £30,000–£35,000
Recruit UK are supporting a well-established independent financial planning firm based in Finchley, North London, who are looking to hire an IFA Administrator to join their Operational Support team.
The Role
A varied and hands-on position spanning two key areas - Policy Servicing and Client Reviews Administration. You’ll be supporting paraplanners and advisers with day-to-day administration, maintaining the back-office system, processing letters of authority, handling client queries and preparing valuation packs for regulatory review meetings.
What You’ll Need
*Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role
*Familiarity with back-office systems and provider platforms
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicating with clients, advisers and providers
