Job Description:
Client Services Executive - Financial Services - Remote Working (London/England) - Part Time / Reduced Hours - £40k pro rata
We are on the hunt for a proactive, personable and professional Client Services Executive to join an incredible financial services company based in London, 5 days per week on reduced hours.
This role is in the financial services sector but it is in no way a stuffy, corporate environment - this is a Client Services role that will soar within an amazing scaleup, that is part of an existing and incredibly successful organisation/brand.
As this is a reduced hours / part time role, it would suit those who may want to work around school hours or have other commitments, 5 days per week. Our client is offering remote working with flexibility over the hours worked during standard office hours.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in a similar client-facing role, have financial services experience (knowledge of Onboarding, AML and KYC etc) and be able to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Key responsibilities as the Client Services Executive will include:
*First point of contact for client liaison
*Responding to queries from clients regarding investments, how the product or platform works and queries re money in and withdrawals
*Supporting transfers of funds from other ISA providers and transfers out to other ISA providers
*Assisting potential customers with the application process
*Reconciling receipts on platform to bank accounts daily
*Completing KYC checks
*Database management
*Reporting any platform anomalies
* And much more!
Skills and experience required:
*Previous experience in a similar client-facing role in a financial services organisation
*Knowledge of P2P, ISAs and financial products and investments
*Understanding of Onboarding, AML and KYC
*Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all times
*Impeccable written language skills with excellent grammar and punctuation
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
*Database management experience
*IT literate including MS Office and ideally Slack
*Flexible, professional, motivated and reliable
