Our client, a reputable premium main dealership located in Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership offering modern facilities and ongoing manufacturer’s training. *Competitive basic salary up to £35,000, DOE
*OTE up to £41,000 including bonus scheme

*1 in 3 Saturday mornings, with time off in lieu
Duties:
*Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles to high standards
*Diagnose faults efficiently and accurately, supporting first-time fixes
*Support with the preparation of new, used, and loan vehicles
*Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained
*Maintain detailed and accurate job records and documentation
*Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and dealership standards
*Support additional workshop tasks as required
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician position:
*NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
*Proven experience working within a dealership or workshop environment
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
*Knowledge of hybrid, electric vehicle systems, and VAG models (advantageous)
*Full UK driving licence
*Team player with a good work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
