We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy supply chain function. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure materials, stock, and deliveries are managed efficiently. Your mission
As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will:
*Support demand planning and forecasting activities to ensure stock availability.
*Raise and manage purchase orders, tracking supplier deliveries and resolving delays.
*Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems, including stock levels and supplier information.
*Monitor inventory levels and support stock control processes (cycle counts, adjustments).
*Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely deliveries.
*Track key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, stock accuracy, and supplier performance.
*Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
*Identify and support process improvements within the supply chain function.
