Job Description:
Nursery Third in Charge - Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11
Salary: Up to £34,000 per year | £16.35 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Third in Charge to join our warm and welcoming nursery team in Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11.
Our highly motivated team is passionate about providing exceptional childcare and supporting every child to thrive. We are seeking a dedicated individual to work closely with the management team, helping to lead and inspire staff while delivering high-quality early years education in a nurturing and engaging environment.

*Provide the highest level of childcare and early years education for all children
*Lead your room with creativity, confidence, and care
*Support and inspire the team to deliver high-quality learning experiences
*Build strong relationships with children and families
*Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practice
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a Room Leader or above
*Strong teamwork and organisational skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Eligible to work in the UK
