Key Responsibilities:*Preparing, masking, and finishing surfaces to exact standards
*Mixing and applying two-pack polyurethane coatings with precision
*Operating air-assisted and airless spray systems
*Inspecting coating thickness, finish quality, and consistency
*Working to production schedules and delivery deadlines
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in your area

*Proven experience with two-pack polyurethane spraying systems
*Strong understanding of mixing ratios, curing times, and spray techniques
*Ability to read and follow technical specifications accurately
