Job Description:
Recruit UK are working with a boutique Wealth Management firm in Poole who are looking to hire an ambitious Junior Paraplanner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience and progress within a supportive environment.
This firm focuses on lifestyle financial planning and take a holistic approach when it comes to the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting advisers with the preparation of suitability reports and financial plans
*Conducting research across pensions, investments, and retirement planning products
*Assisting with cashflow modelling and client analysis
*Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
*Liaising with providers and internal teams to progress client cases
We’re looking for:
*Experience within a wealth management administration or paraplanning role in a regulated environment
*Progress made towards the Level 4 Diploma (essential)
*Technical understanding of pensions, investments, and retirement planning
*Organised and detail-focused approach
*Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
