An innovative technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-based contact centre solutions. Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid – Manchester / Sheffield / London or Remote Flexibility)
Role Responsibilities
*Design and implement end-to-end Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact centre architectures
*Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline processes
*Provide consulting expertise, engaging directly with stakeholders and clients
*Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in security, performance, and cost optimisation
*Support the adoption of AI and automation technologies within contact centre environments
*Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and delivery methodologies
Key Requirements
*Proven experience in Solutions Architecture and system design
*Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
*Direct experience with Amazon Connect or contact centre platforms
*Background in consulting and delivering tailored client solutions
*Solid understanding of software development methodologies and integration patterns
*Experience designing and optimising business processes
*Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge business and technical needs
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
