Junior Legal PA
London - Liverpool Street
Hybrid Working - 4/1
A leading international professional services firm is looking for a Junior Legal PA to support a group of busy lawyers within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, including time recording, expenses, diary management, document editing, invoicing and travel arrangements. You’ll also work closely with the PA’s to support the lawyers.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organised and confident communicating with senior stakeholders. You must enjoy multitasking, adapting to new systems, and delivering excellent service.
Requirements
*Degree and/or 2 years’ experience in a legal environment
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
