Estimator – Enfield Office (London Projects)
A well-established, family-run main contractor (operating for nearly 40 years) based in Enfield is seeking an Estimator to join their team.

Specialising in high-end refurbishment and restoration projects across Central London, they deliver both internal and external works for a stable portfolio of private and public sector clients. You’ll work alongside an experienced commercial and delivery team.
Key Duties:
*Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and restoration projects
*Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
*Take-off quantities and prepare bills of quantities
*Source and obtain subcontractor and supplier quotations
*Evaluate and compare tender returns
*Build up rates and pricing schedules
*Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
*Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
*Prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation
*Maintain and update cost databases and benchmarks
*Support handover of successful tenders to the commercial team
