Job Description:
Are you an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Join a supportive and collaborative HR team where you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of HR operations. This is a full-time temporary position for an initial four months, with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right candidate.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team, reporting directly to the HR Manager, with a standard level of support and guidance provided throughout the assignment. The salary for this role is £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is office-based, working Monday to Friday on a 37.5-hour week, with flexible working hours of either 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm (7.5-hour shifts).
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support across the full HR function
*Support onboarding and offboarding processes
*Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
*Assist with recruitment activity, including interview coordination
*Prepare HR documentation and correspondence
*Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers
*Support compliance with HR policies and procedures
Essential Skills & Attributes:
*Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
*Able to handle confidential information with discretion
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
*Proactive, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In (Preferred, But Not Essential):
*1+ years in a HR, administrative, or office-based role
*Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office
*Supporting employee lifecycle processes
