Job Description:
We’re looking for a commercially focused Business Development Manager to help expand a growing third-party management portfolio across the living sector. This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in PBSA, BTR, co-living, SFH or wider living real estate who is ready to move into a more strategic, deal-led position.
The role:
This role is about spotting opportunities, shaping proposals and building relationships that drive growth. You’ll be working across PBSA, co-living and the wider living market, assessing new schemes, supporting commercial appraisals and helping to deliver winning pitches. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to make sure every submission is commercially sound, well-presented and backed by data.
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and assess new opportunities across PBSA, co-living and the wider living sector.
* Build income and expenditure forecasts for potential schemes.
* Develop relationships with developers, investors and asset managers.
* Support tenders, bids, pitches and client presentations.
* Use data, AI tools and BI platforms to strengthen proposals and decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality commercial submissions.
What we’re looking for:
* A proven track record as a BMD in either PBSA, BTR, co-living, SFH or living real estate.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A commercially minded, proactive approach.
* Confidence with data, financial appraisals and forecasting.
* Excited about the opportunity to grow with this business as it scales.
