The Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will take ownership of recruitment delivery across multiple brands within the group. You will work at pace to fill vacancies, reduce hiring timelines, and streamline recruitment processes while maintaining strong alignment with hiring managers across the business.
This role requires constant communication, coordination, and prioritisation across different stakeholders to ensure hiring stays on track and aligned with business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Delivering hires efficiently by managing the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on speed and quality
*Reducing time to hire through proactive pipeline building and fast, decisive processes
*Partnering closely with hiring managers across subsidiaries, maintaining regular communication to prioritise roles and unblock hiring challenges
*Driving vacancy fill rates by actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
*Managing multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring no delays in progress or communication
*Creating strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
*Coordinating interviews quickly and effectively, keeping momentum throughout the process
*Tracking recruitment performance, including time to fill, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
*Continuously improving recruitment processes to increase efficiency and scalability
Who You Are
*Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment with a strong track record of filling roles at pace
*Highly organised and able to manage high volume, multi role workloads
*Strong communicator who can confidently engage and influence hiring managers across multiple business areas
*Results driven, with a focus on outcomes over activity
*Proactive and solutions focused, able to identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring process
*Comfortable working in a fast moving environment where priorities can shift
