Business Sales Consultant - Leicester/Hinckley
Are you money-motivated, target-driven, and ready to level up? My client has over 80 years of expertise in HR, Health & Safety, and Employment Law, and they’re looking for someone like YOU to join the team!
The Rewards
*Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE.
*Commission: Guaranteed up to £1,000 for the first 3 months.
*Earnings: Uncapped commissions + quarterly bonuses.
*Potential: Top achievers earn between £38,000 - £46,000 in their first year.

Your Day-to-Day
* Outreach: Promote outsourcing solutions to SME business owners and directors.
* Planning: Collaborate with your Manager on quarterly seminar plans to boost sales.
* Leads: Self-generate new appointments and referrals through daily activity.
* Pipeline: Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline to smash quarterly targets.

* Standard Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM.
