Job Description:
Interim Director of Finance
Central Norwich
Flexible working.
An immediate interim role has arisen in Norwich, to support a business through change and progression.
As interim Director of Finance, you will take the lead on the organisation’s financial direction, shaping strategy and strengthening performance.
Working closely with the Managing Director and the executive team, the role will involve the following responsibilities:
*Lead the development and delivery of financial strategy, aligned to overall business goals
*Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
*Ensure strong financial controls and full compliance with standards, regulations, and statutory requirements
*Advise the Board on financial matters, business performance, and long-term planning
*Provide financial and commercial insight that supports growth into new markets and service areas
*Lead Finance, Projects, and Performance functions to ensure they support operational and strategic needs
*Identify growth opportunities and lead commercial strategy, including pricing, procurement, and contract management
*Act as the primary finance liaison with the external parties.
