Job Description:
A leading accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Auditor to join its growing audit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Auditor to develop their career within a highly respected, people-focused organisation with a strong presence across the UK, Ireland, and further afield.
The Role
As an Auditor, you will deliver high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will take ownership of client relationships, lead audit assignments, and support the development of junior team members. This role is ideal for an Auditor looking to progress in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and complete audit fieldwork, including substantive and analytical testing
*Plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments for senior review
*Prepare statutory financial statements from client records
*Identify key risk areas and escalate concerns where appropriate
*Ensure audit files are completed accurately and in line with regulatory standards
*Mentor and support junior colleagues
*Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
