Site Co-Ordinator – Tunbridge Wells
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Basic Salary £23,795
Join a busy and successful dealership where you’ll play a key role in keeping vehicle operations running smoothly across the site.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to manage vehicle stock, movements, and on-site presentation. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Service teams to ensure everything runs efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
As a Site Co-Ordinator, you’ll oversee the movement, storage, and display of new and used vehicles, helping to deliver a seamless operation and great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the daily flow of vehicles to and from the workshop
*Organise and oversee on-site parking areas
*Maintain the display of courtesy and stock vehicles
*Arrange vehicle collections, returns, and transfers
*Ensure showroom and forecourt displays meet company standards
*Monitor and progress trade vehicles through relevant channels
*Check in and log all new, used, and part-exchange vehicles
*Build strong working relationships across departments
About You
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A team player with a positive, professional attitude
*Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels
*Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
