Trainee / Consultant – Sales Recruitment (Year 2 OTE £100k+)

The Role
You will join a high-performance sales environment with clear structure, training, and expectations from day one.
The role combines business development, candidate management, and market ownership:
*Building relationships with high-growth technology businesses
*Headhunting and engaging high-calibre candidates
*Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
*Developing ownership of a specialist market
*Working closely with experienced consultants and leadership
Training is hands-on and delivered by a dedicated L&D function alongside high-performing consultants.
