Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search
Salary: £23K basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £35K Year 1 | £60K Year 2 | £90K+ Year 3

You’ll start in the Research team - the launchpad for future Consultants - learning directly from top performers on retained, international projects.
What you’ll be doing:
*Market mapping and business research
*Headhunting senior candidates across the UK, Europe, US & APAC
*Supporting Consultants on retained search projects
*Gaining exposure to high-level recruitment strategy
*Progressing fast with real responsibility from day one
