Job Description:
We are currently working with a leading national independent financial advice firm who are looking to strengthen their London-based Wealth Planning team with the addition of a Paraplanner.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing team, supporting advisers who deliver high-quality, holistic financial planning to a strong book of private clients.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Advisers and Client Support teams to provide technical support and help deliver tailored financial planning advice.
Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting detailed research into client financial arrangements and suitable solutions
*Preparing technical suitability reports and recommendations
*Analysing investment portfolios, pensions and protection arrangements
*Producing financial planning analysis and supporting cashflow modelling
*Assisting with annual client reviews and ongoing service delivery
*Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA regulations and internal procedures
This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to a wide variety of client cases, helping to build your technical expertise and develop your career within financial planning.
The Opportunity

About You
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning role
*Working towards (or close to completing) the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS)
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
*Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
*Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines
*A strong desire to learn, develop and progress within financial planning
Package & Benefits
*Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 (dependent on experience)
*Annual bonus
