Responsibilities as ourLaboratory Technician:
*Quality control of finished products, goods in and in-process materials
*Performing internal quality and HACCP audits
*Involvement in related activities e.g. QA, product development and customer support, including operation of small-scale brewing equipment
What do you need to become our Laboratory Technician?
*Science degree (chemistry, microbiology or similar)
*Microbiology qualification and/or experience in practical microbiology
*One year’s lab experience in the food/drinks industry
*Self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and works well in a team
*Fluent in spoken and written English
*Computer-literate including Microsoft Office and LIMS software
