The Role
You will support the Commercial Partnerships team from post-sale through to event delivery, helping clients receive an exceptional service experience while learning how successful commercial relationships are managed.
This is an excellent entry route into sales, offering exposure to account management, client retention, upselling, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Support clients from initial sale through to successful campaign and event delivery
*Manage contracts, invoices, payment tracking, and administration
*Build strong relationships through regular communication and excellent service
*Keep clients engaged with updates, materials, and event logistics
*Work closely with internal marketing, operations, and production teams
*Attend events and ensure sponsors are visible, supported, and satisfied
*Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and renewals
*Progress into managing your own portfolio of clients and partnerships
What We Are Looking For
*Recent graduate, ideally from a Humanities, Business, Marketing or related degree
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident, outgoing, and commercially minded
*Retail or customer-facing experience highly desirable
*Experience upselling or working to targets would be a major advantage
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Motivated to build a long-term career in sales
