Job Description:
Client Relationship Manager (Part-time) - Birmingham/Home based - Up to £40,000 FTE

*Remote/flexible working, 1 time a month in Birmingham office.
About the firm: A modern, boutique Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm, directly regulated and dedicated to providing high-end financial services. Our target clients include owner managed businesses, shareholders, partners, pension trustees, and high-net-worth individuals and families, all at various stages of wealth accumulation and decumulation.
Role Purpose: The role of Client relationship manager will be the coordination of all client, Senior Management and third party appointments when requested, provide support to the Administration Team when required in chasing up task queries, and the prompt and professional handling of all client enquiries.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
*Confirm daily client appointments and update adviser calendars; notify advisers of any postponements.
*Respond promptly to enquiries received via phone, email or the Support inbox.
*Presentation, Follow-up and Client Service meetings.
*First/Referral appointments for new clients.
*Maintain accurate AR/OA recurring tasks in iO: create, update or close tasks as required and record notes.
*Complete AR Checklists and update all appointment notes in iO.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Minimum three years’ experience as a P.A.,Client Care Adviser, or similar administrative/client-facing role within an FCA-regulated firm.
*Good understanding and knowledge and awareness of relevant legislation such as; Anti- Money Laundering regulations, GDPR and Data Protection, along with other relevant financial crime legislation, including the Bribery Act.
*Always having a positive culture attitude
*Good written and oral communication skills.
