The Role:
*Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
*Liaising professionally with Clients, Estate Agents and other Solicitors
*Preparing and reviewing contracts, reports and related legal documentation
*Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and professional standards
*Working closely with colleagues to support the efficient running of the department
Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client care abilities
*Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
