Sales Coordinator – Horsham area, West Sussex
£35k-£45k + excellent benefits
This isn’t your typical "sales support" role.
It’s a fast-paced, commercially focused position where you’ll sit right at the centre of a growing business… keeping deals moving, customers engaged, and opportunities progressing.

The Role
You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders, acting as the engine behind their day-to-day activity.
Managing communication.
Keeping momentum on deals.
Making sure nothing slips.
It’s part coordination, part account management, part commercial support.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing inboxes and customer communication — prioritising what matters
*Coordinating calls, meetings and customer activity
*Following up on actions to keep deals moving
*Preparing proposals and quotes accurately and quickly
*Building relationships with smaller / developing accounts
*Supporting tenders and pulling together high-quality submissions
*Working with marketing on targeted campaigns
*Helping organise events and customer engagement activity
*Acting as a true commercial support — not just admin
What They’re Looking For
*Experience in sales support, internal sales or account management
*Highly organised — you stay ahead of things, not just react
*Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking with customers
*Commercially aware — you understand how sales works
*Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
*Someone who enjoys being part of a busy, ambitious team
