Sales Support Executive
Our client, a respected and expanding business, is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to join their growing commercial team.
This is a hands-on role supporting both business development and the smooth running of the sales function. Ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to the full sales cycle and long-term progression.
Key responsibilities include:
*Researching and identifying new business opportunities
*Lead generation via cold calling, networking and events
*Supporting sales forecasting, pipelines and reporting
*Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries
*Supporting new customer set-up, orders and documentation
*Building strong client relationships and resolving queries promptly
*Supporting sales growth through administration and KPI delivery
About you:
*Several years’ experience in a commercial or sales support role (B2B advantageous)
*Passionate and proactive
*Confident, proactive and commercially minded
*Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment
