About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, high-volume restaurant in North Oxford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established, all-day dining venue set within a unique and vibrant environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high-performing front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee the day-to-day running of a fast-paced restaurant operation
*Lead, inspire and develop management and front-of-house teams
*Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold high standards
*Drive performance, productivity and team engagement
*Ensure smooth service across brunch, lunch and dinner
*Maintain strong financial controls, including labour and cost management
*Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth
About You*Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Manager in a high-volume environment
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
*Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and KPIs
*Energetic, hands-on and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
