Engineering Projects Manager
Sheffield (with some travel) | Full-time | Permanent
A specialist, market leading energy and engineering business is looking for an Engineering Projects Manager to lead the delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary Project Engineering team and delivering installations from concept through to handover — safely, on time and within budget.
The Role
*Lead end-to-end delivery of energy supply projects (including renewables)
*Manage project budgets
*Partner with commercial teams to shape technically sound, deliverable solutions from bid stage
*Drive safety, compliance and risk management across all projects
*Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
*Lead, coach and develop a high-performing engineering team
About You
*Experienced engineering leader within complex, multi-discipline projects
*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence early project stages
*Proven track record delivering projects to time, cost and quality targets
*Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
*Relevant engineering and/or project management qualifications
