Overview:
An established and growing legal practice is seeking a motivated Real Estate Solicitor (2–4 years PQE) to join its Birmingham-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-performing environment, advising a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients on a broad range of real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a varied caseload of real estate matters, delivering high-quality fee-earning work in line with departmental targets.
*Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and quality standards.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client retention and new business development.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues across the team and support wider marketing and business development initiatives.
*Keep up to date with legal developments and industry best practices through ongoing training and research.
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law.
*Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
*Proven ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines.
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
*A proactive and team-oriented approach.
