Commercial Analyst|Reading|Up to £55,000

We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Analyst to join a growing organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial modelling, commercial analysis, and supporting business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an analytical, Excel-driven environment and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based financial models to support planning and decision-making
*Deliver scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess commercial risks and opportunities
*Support pricing, bids, and business cases with clear financial insights
*Review and validate data inputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency
*Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable outputs
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams
*Continuously improve modelling processes and outputs

Skills and attributes required:
*Strong experience in a commercial or analyst role
*Advanced Excel skills, including basic financial models
*Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communication skills, with the ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
*Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
